What's the difference between Unifii's Health Check and ServiceNow's Health Scan?
ServiceNow's Health Scan gives you a summary of the amount of issues encountered, and gives a score out of 100 based on this. It also provides a comparable bench mark against other instances. It is focused on technical configuration only.
Unifii's Health Check gives you a holistic insight into both your technical configuration and process usability, an assessment of deployment of capabilities vs entitlement, a review of your user experience and a tailored set of recommendations for instance improvements. We also develop a future platform roadmap based on customer interviews as part of the service.
What are the different costings for the Health Check?
This is dependent on the complexity of the customer's ServiceNow instance and what they hope to gain from ongoing management with Unifii.
